November 16, 2019 I had been looking for a car to replace my 02' Audi A4 for the past 3 months. Found an 03' Audi allroad at Seattle Auto Haus - with 6 speed manual. Adam was very helpful with the purchase including getting me a deal on the timing belt/water pump job before I bought the car. I enjoyed working with Adam. The only reason I gave Seattle Auto Haus 4.5 stars on customer service was the amount of time it took to get the service completed before completing the sale - however this was not on Seattle Auto Haus - scheduling through their third-party shop was a big impact.
