November 16, 2019 I had been looking for a car to replace my 02' Audi A4 for the past 3 months. Found an 03' Audi allroad at Seattle Auto Haus - with 6 speed manual. Adam was very helpful with the purchase including getting me a deal on the timing belt/water pump job before I bought the car. I enjoyed working with Adam. The only reason I gave Seattle Auto Haus 4.5 stars on customer service was the amount of time it took to get the service completed before completing the sale - however this was not on Seattle Auto Haus - scheduling through their third-party shop was a big impact. We searched for weeks to find a great priced smaller car for our teens to drive around. Seattle Auto Haus has great pricing, quality cars, and the best customer service. Maj was great from the start and went above and beyond for us. He made sure we knew all about the car, inspected it, test drove it with us and answered all of our questions.
